Questions about pricing
- Is there a free trial or a free plan?
- Not today. Every plan and every price is on the pricing page, and a workspace is set up for your firm by a person after you request one.
- What happens if we need more seats or more documents?
- Every plan can add seats at the published price per seat, and documents beyond the monthly allowance are charged per document at the published rate. Nothing moves you to a different plan without your say.
- Can the price change during our term?
- The pricing promise on the pricing page says what is held for your term and what notice you get before any change at renewal. Counsel is reviewing its wording; until then it is marked as a draft.
- What does implementation cost, and who does it?
- Implementation prices are fixed and published. We set up your templates ourselves; you are not handed to an outside contractor.
