Why this work suits automation
A will follows the same structure from client to client; what changes is who is named, what is left to whom, and a handful of choices. Typing those facts into a template by hand is slow and easy to get wrong in one place. A questionnaire asks for each fact once and the template places it everywhere it belongs. Deciding what the will says remains your attorney's work.

Typed questions with conditional visibility, server-side validation and a saved snapshot of every submission. A firm member fills them in the workspace; the visual builder and the client-facing form do not exist yet.

A person at your firm approves a document before it is released; a changed answer produces a new, unapproved document, and a withdrawn approval is recorded with its reason. Done from the firm workspace.
